DIAGNOSTIC ULTRASOUND IMAGING

Diagnostic Ultrasound Imaging, or B-Mode Imaging, has begun to have a prominent position in medical diagnosis. This machine is able to examine for pathology of soft tissue.

It provides similar diagnostic information for only a fraction of the cost of an MRI.

We use it in our office to accurately visualize the spine and joints of the extremities for muscular swelling, nerve irritation, and other soft tissue pathology, such as evidence of mass, calcification, hemorrhage or vascular abnormalities.

The procedure is painless and non-invasive.
We find it invaluable in workers compensation and personal injury cases where soft tissue damage might be the injury noted.

Thus providing substantial information in legal cases.
